Doing what is Right is a principle that has guided Bob Hamburger’s career as a leader, manager, intrepreneur, coach, mentor and educator in the property & casualty insurance industry.
Working for Chubb Corporation for 29 years, Bob was Manager of Agency Services, providing support for a national network of independent agents and brokers. In that capacity, Bob had responsibility for oversight of a robust Continuing Education program for producers, and was the creator and corporate sponsor for a widely recognized Business Ethics curriculum that was delivered to thousands of producers across the country.  Bob continues his dedication to area of Business Ethics as an occasional contributor/teacher at Fairfield University and Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey.
Bob has had a strong involvement in regulatory issues impacting agents and brokers, including agency licensing and appointment regulations, creating and leading the licensing services fulfillment subsidiary within Chubb Corporation. As chair of an ACORD committee, he led the team that brought uniformity to the industry in the area of carrier appointments.
In 2011, Bob joined ProSight Specialty Insurance, a highly specialized commercial lines carrier, where he held executive roles in Customer Service and Learning and Development for this fast growing company.  Bob created the position of Chief Learning Officer at ProSight and developed and delivered highly acclaimed experiential learning training programs for young and high potential insurance professionals.
Bob and Cynthia Hamburger hail from Northern New Jersey and are proud parents of three children.  Personal interests include kayaking, tennis, the arts, and support for many organizations including Learning Ally and The Wharton Music Center/New Jersey Youth Symphony Orchestra, where Bob serves as a Trustee.
